Judge to terrace foes: Settle viewhaha

With views like these, who needs enemies?

Dazzled by pictures of the views from a Fifth Avenue penthouse that’s the subject of a dispute over terrace space, a Manhattan judge yesterday urged both sides to bury the hatchet.

“Look at that view of Central Park and the lake! Why would anybody fight over this?” Justice Jeffrey Oing said as he ruled emergency repair work can proceed on the disputed terrace of the $27.5 million apartment atop 1107 Fifth Ave.

The owners, the estate of Monique Uzielli, maintain they’re just trying to protect their massive property, with a 4,800-square-foot wraparound terrace, from scorned co-op board president Maureen Klinsky.

When the estate put the apartment up for sale for $29.5 million, Klinsky, who lives a floor below with her moneyman hubby and their four kids, put in a $21 million bid. After the estate went with a $27.5 million offer, Klinsky set out to sabotage it, the estate claims in court papers.

The board abruptly decided its prime selling point — the private terrace — should be able to be used by everyone in the building to reach a newly proposed roof deck.
