‘Dean of Mean’ told: Stay clean

No booze for you!

A former St. John’s University dean facing criminal forced-labor charges must stay clean and sober under house arrest, a Brooklyn federal court judge said yesterday.

Cecilia “Dean of Mean” Chang must take daily blood tests and keep her home free of liquor while awaiting next week’s trial.

“You are to begin alcohol treatment,” Brooklyn federal Magistrate Judge James Orenstein told the former head of Asian Studies at the Queens school.

Chang stands accused of coercing some St. John’s students into performing as her household staff.

The judge is to begin selecting a jury Tuesday.
