Beaten McDonald’s customer sues

A worker who was filmed beating two angry female customers with a metal rod at a Greenwich Village McDonald’s last year has been sued by one of the women, court documents state.

Myika Darbeau filed the lawsuit against cook Rayon McIntosh and the West Third Street McDonald’s in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The two women had hurdled the counter in a rage in October 2011 after a cashier insisted on scrutinizing a $50 bill. McIntosh, an ex-con who served almost 11 years for manslaughter and assault, broke Darbeau’s skull and arm in the attack.

Last December, a Manhattan grand jury cleared McIntosh of felony assault charges.
