A US Secret Service officer was found passed out drunk on a Miami street corner at 7 a.m. yesterday just 12 hours after President Obama left town, according to CBS Miami.
Aaron Francis Engler was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest, CBS said.
A dozen Secret Service officers and agents were busted in a Colombian prostitution scandal right before Obama arrived for a South American summit in April.
