WATCH: The Rolling Stone’s new single ‘Doom and Gloom’

Evergreen rock and roll legends The Rolling Stones today released their first new song together in seven years titled, “Doom and Gloom.”

With a classic Keith Richards bluesey guitar riff playing in the background, the song touches on themes like class warfare, the cost of war in the Middle East and oil fracking.

Recorded earlier this year in Paris, the song will be included on the Stones’ new “GRRR! Greatest Hits” album which is set to be released on November 13th.

The album, a celebration of the band’s 50th anniversary, includes another new song, “One More Shot,” along with classics like “Gimme Shelter,” and “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.”

Along with the new album, the Stones are playing two shows in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center in November as well as another pair of shows in London while rumors swirl of a full blown tour.
