King att’y sues over ax misery

All work and no pay makes Stephen King’s lawyer file suit, he says.

Jay Kramer claims he was canned by the horror master earlier this year after he was bad-mouthed by their former business partner, Arthur Greene — and now he’s suing Greene for $6 million.

Greene got Kramer fired from the lucrative gig, say court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Also the “jealous” literary agent’s been withholding hundreds of thousands of dollars of Kramer’s commissions from the mega-selling author of such classics as “Carrie,” “Misery” and “The Shining,” the suit claims.

Kramer says “resentment and greed” motivated Greene and his wife, Susan, to breach his contact and damage his reputation.

Greene refused to comment on the suit’s specifics but told The Post Kramer “is all wrong. He’s just a disreputable person.”

A rep for King did not return a call for comment.
