Police are seeking information about a baseball-bat attack on an employee at a car-repair shop on Macombs Road in Highbridge last month.

NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said earlier this month that police believe that Darwin Jackson, 16 — accused of killing his mother, Tihesha Savage, 34, and putting her body in the trash on Sept. 26 — may also be responsible for the bat attack that left a man clinging to life.

Jackson allegedly confessed to beating his mother with a bat after shooting her.

Nine days earlier, an employee at Auto Clinica on Inwood Avenue was beaten. He remains in critical condition, cops said.

“We’re still looking for witnesses,” Inspector Kevin Catalina said at a community meeting.
