Mike Wallace’s sprawling $20 million Park Avenue apartment for sale

The Park Avenue apartment of “60 Minutes” legend Mike Wallace is on the market — for $20 million.

Wallace, who died in April at age 93, shared the 12-room prewar duplex on the 15th and 16th floors of 730 Park with his fourth wife, Mary, who died last month. They had been married since 1986.

The maintenance fee for the 4-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath unit with sweeping city views, custom woodworking, soaring ceilings, two terraces and a semiprivate elevator landing is $8,800 a month.

Its 20-foot gallery opens out to the building’s public rooms, including an entertainment space with a wood-burning fireplace and a conservatory with “distant” views of Central Park, according to the listing.
