Cops are looking for a violent thug who attacked and robbed an elderly man inside of his Williamsbridge nursing home last month.
Police released this shocking video, shown below, of the attack on a 65-year-old man inside of the Bronxwood Home for the Aged on Sep. 30 shortly after 5 p.m.
The footage shows the perp – a slim, black man with dreadlocks and a goatee wearing a dark sweatshirt and dark jeans – follow his victim into the lobby before grabbing him and pulling him further into the building.
The thug appears to be pulling on a bag the victim is holding onto as the two engage in a tug-of-war in the middle of the floor while passing residents appear to ignore the two. The two men continue to brawl before two employees at the hospital come to the victim’s aid.
Despite efforts to thwart the robbery the thief made off with $24 before fleeing the scene.
