Here’s a big opportunity to live like a billionaire heiress.

Andrea Soros Colombel and her husband, Eric Colombel, have put their Greenwich Village townhouse at 10 W. 10th St. on the market for $29.5 million. The fully renovated, seven-bedroom home is a four-story Greek revival-style townhouse that dates back to 1844. It comes with an elevator, three wood-burning fireplaces and a state-of-the-art sound system.

Andrea, daughter of George Soros, also has a sprawling house on 60 acres in Rhinebeck where Hillary and Chelsea Clinton have stayed. Her real estate holdings also include a three-story residential building on West Fourth Street that partially collapsed last January. There were no reports of injuries.

Always be Chloësing

Chloë Sevigny has put her East Village co-op at 119 E. 10th St. back on the market. Sevigny found a buyer in July, as we reported, but, following a death in the buyer’s family, she released the buyer from the deal.

The apartment, which was previously listed for $1.7 million, is now priced at $1.995 million.

The one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom co-op is 1,250 square feet and comes with a rose garden. The elegantly funky residence, designed by David Cafiero, was once featured in House & Garden.

Corcoran Group broker Eric Becker has the listing again.

Boro haul

Funnyman Andy Borowitz, the comedian and writer behind the Borowitz Report, and his wife, author Olivia Gentile, have just bought a co-op in the Clebourne building at 924 West End Ave. for $2.635 million.

The three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom residence comes with a gracious entry hall that leads to a double-sized living room with Central Park views. There are also custom-crafted library shelves and a chef’s kitchen with glass-paneled cabinets. It was listed for $2.695 million.

The West End Avenue building, at 105th Street, was the location of a mansion owned by Macy’s mogul Isidor Straus and his wife, Ida, who were passengers that died when the Titanic sank. A memorial to the Straus family is one block north at Straus Park.

Shifting into Park

Hospitality and nightlife guru Steven Kamali is moving uptown.

Kamali, the president of Steven Kamali Hospitality and a former owner of Montauk’s Surf Lodge, and his wife, Michele, have bought a prewar three-bedroom condo at 1235 Park Ave. The couple are paying above the $1.675 million asking price for a 1,567-square-foot apartment with a grand foyer, a formal living room and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. The home was on the market for less than a month and, we hear, the subject of a fierce bidding war.

Kamali previously owned a one-bedroom condo at the Porter House building on West 15th Street, which he sold for $1.55 million in 2010.

Temp digs

Robert De Niro, Grace Hightower and their two children have been camping out in luxury at Trump International on Central Park West after their nearby apartment at 88 Central Park West was damaged by a fire.

De Niro also has his own luxury boutique hotel, the Greenwich, but that TriBeCa property is a much longer trek from the apartment he vacated.

Hightower is now looking at several high-end long-term rentals — both downtown and uptown.

Sighting

Merry Edwards and her husband, Ken Coopersmith, co-founders of Merry Edwards Winery in California’s Russian River Valley, at a wine-pairing dinner at David Burke Townhouse. They were overheard talking about their latest California wine-country real estate purchase — a new home perched over a valley, complete with a guest house, all on 23 acres that will be used to grow their own highly acclaimed sauvignon blanc. We hear the purchase price was about $2.6 million.
