Chef’s ex in shoplift plea

Not a bad haul.

Kleptomaniac Erica Wang — who made headlines when hunky celebrity chef Todd English left her at the altar in 2009 — took a wrist-slap, no-jail, no-probation misdemeanor plea yesterday to resolve her nearly $50,000 luxury Manhattan shoplifting spree.

The jilted filcher admitted to petit larceny to cover $5,944.25 in clothing she stole last summer while working sales at the flagship Ralph Lauren store on Madison Avenue.

The guilty plea also covers more than $1,000 in thefts of Dior, Yves St. Laurent and Urban Decay cosmetics from a Midtown Sephora just two weeks later.

It’s a good deal, given the former Peninsula Hotel concierge confessed to cops that she stole a total of $46,000 in merchandise in her seven months at Ralph Lauren.

Wang also has an arrest record. She was busted at Bergdorf Goodman eight years ago for boosting goods from their Fifth Avenue store, a now-sealed case says.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum told her to return in December with proof she is continuing psychological counseling in California, where she now lives.

Wang expects Ralph Lauren will sue to recover what she stole, said her lawyer, Charles Clayman, who added, “Unfortunately, she doesn’t have any assets.”
