Bronx ‘fire slay’ dad: Cops are mean

The Bronx man charged with brutally stabbing and killing the mother of his 1-month-old daughter — who later died in a fire set to cover the murder — repeatedly whined yesterday that cops were being too rough with him.

“Look how they’re treating me!” yelled a thrashing Elitigidio Lynd, 21, as he pleaded with a Post photographer to snap pictures of cops transporting him from the NYPD’s 50th Precinct in The Bronx.

He was charged yesterday with two counts of murder, manslaughter, arson and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Cops had been grilling Lynd since Friday in connection with the stabbing of Luisa Rodriguez, 32, who was found dead the night before when firefighters responded to a blaze at her Kingsbridge apartment.

First responders found the girl under a smoldering mattress but were unable to revive her, cops said.
