Shoot-threat teach bust

A Bronx elementary-school teacher was arrested yesterday for threatening to shoot other teachers, a police source said.

Jason Roberts, a second-grade teacher at PS 78, allegedly lost his cool when he learned he was being reassigned to administrative duties while officials look into allegations he used corporal punishment, a Department of Education spokesperson said.

Roberts was charged with making terroristic threats.

While cops would not detail the exact threats, his father, Jason Roberts, 80, said police told him his son was arrested after saying, “Watch television. There are going to be dead bodies all over the place.”

The elder Roberts said his son felt he was being harassed by administrators.
