Hurricane Sandy may decrease early-voter turnout in swing state Virginia — and help Mitt Romney more than President Obama, analysts say.
“It will matter more to the side that’s less energized,” said University of Virginia political-science professor Larry Sabato. “I give a tiny edge to the Republicans there, based on absentee ballots.”
