The man who made headlines for heckling Bristol Palin in a California bar — which then showed up as a scene in Palin’s reality show — has been thrown out of court after trying to sue her, according to reports.
Palin was harassed in a West Hollywood bar by a man who called her mother, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, a “whore” and made tasteless remarks about Bristol’s relationship with Levi Johnston, father of her son, Tripp.
The incident was caught on tape because she was shooting for her canceled Lifetime show, “Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp.”
Stephen Hanks claimed that he never signed a waiver and that the show had no right to put him on the show.
