Lonely GIrl

Cheryl Burke is already planning ahead for life after “Dancing With the Stars.”

The two-time champion — who is currently partnered with NFL hero Emmitt Smith — has begun shopping her own reality TV series, The Post has learned.

The project, a rep confirms, “won’t stray far from her roots.”

“I know that without [‘Dancing’] I wouldn’t be where I am today,” says Burke, a fixture in the ballroom since Season 2. “But it would be nice to take a little bit of a break.”

Burke, who remains under contract for several more seasons, says she has no plans to hang up her dancing shoes any time soon.

But she also continues to negotiate with ABC to become the next “Bachelorette.”

“I really want to find someone that I could be with,” the Russian-Irish-Filipino dancer says.

Going on the soapy dating show “wouldn’t be a career move. It is more about genuinely wanting to find love,” she says.

“If they offer it to me, I would love to do it.”

Burke, 28, has been linked in the press to many of her “Dancing” partners, but tells The Post she has only hooked up with one.

Her love life has been “non-existent for almost three years,” she insists.

“My mom is like, ‘Do you think you should just [date] online?” And I am completely against it. I will not do it,” Burke says. “There is no way.”

Most recently, she was dating Joffrey Lupul, 28, a forward for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

“It was a fun little summer thing,” she says. “We are friends. That is about it. But nothing serious. Nothing came out of it.”
