An alleged shoplifter was busted for swiping a bottle of Tylenol from a Cobble Hill Rite Aid, court papers state.

Luciano Quinones allegedly grabbed the pills at the store on Smith Street at about 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 22 and tried to leave without paying.

Employees held him for cops, and he was soon charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, court records show.

A woman reported her car stolen in Sunset Park after she parked it and left it unlocked with the keys in the ignition, police sources said.

The 48-year-old victim said she parked at Fourth Avenue and 33rd Street at 2 p.m. on Oct. 16 and returned later to find it gone.

Three thugs robbed and beat a man in Rosebank, court records allege.

Ravon Jones, 21, Christian Borrome, 17, and Alfred Daniels, 22, pummeled the victim on the head, ripped his watch away, took $29 from his pockets and made off with his backpack containing a laptop computer, MP3 player, Nintendo DS mini game system, cellphone, boxcutter and wrist wraps, documents state.

The three men were apprehended and charged with robbery, assault, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Daniels was also charged with resisting after cops said he kicked and flailed to avoid being cuffed.

Three looters were busted trying to break into a sandwich shop in Concord, court records state.

Louis Pallo, 20, Jamel Gibson, 33, and Christopher Santana, 30, were caught trying to saw through metal gates at Kran-Mars Sandwiches on Richmond Road at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, documents state.

They also allegedly had a crowbar in their possession. They were charged with attempted burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.

His hurricane backup plan failed.

A Prince’s Bay man left a stolen generator in his driveway, where cops spotted it and hauled him away, records show.

Joseph Martino, 38, was using the generator and a trailer reported stolen from a nearby Metro PCS store when cops spotted it on his Queensdale Street property at about 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, court papers state.

Martino told cops he paid a guy at Home Depot $1,000 for the equipment, records show.

He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

Police busted two potheads toking up in a park in Morrisania, authorities said.

Cops saw Howard Rascoe and Glen Gardner sharing a joint at about 8:50 p.m. Saturday in Hines Park at East 167th Street and Fulton Avenue, court papers show.

Gardner ditched the weed when an officer approached the two stoners sitting on a park bench, records state.

While cops were trying to cuff the men, Rascoe flailed his arms and pushed down a sergeant, court documents allege.

Rascoe was charged with assault, resisting arrest and criminal possession of marijuana, records state.

The sergeant was treated for a neck injury.
