Nets-Knicks game moved to Nov. 26

Last night’s postponed season opener between the Knicks and Nets at Barclays Center will now be held on Monday, Nov. 26, at 7 p.m.

The game, postponed after the damage from Hurricane Sandy, will tentatively be broadcast on TNT, which had been scheduled to broadcast the first regular-season game at Barclays Center.

The new date is the first that fit within the combination of the Knicks and Nets not being forced to play three games in three nights, as well as Barclays Center being able to host the game.

The Nets now have three home games in four nights over that weekend, playing the Clippers on Friday, Nov. 23, before hosting the Trail Blazers on Sunday, Nov. 25.
