AG’s future is on Holder

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric Holder said yesterday he’s undecided if he’ll remain the nation’s top law-enforcement officer during President Obama’s second term.

Speaking to University of Baltimore law students, Holder said he’s asking himself if he has “some gas left in the tank.”

House Republicans have battled Holder, especially over the feds’ botched “Fast and Furious” gun program.
