She may have tweeted herself right back into jail.

Genevieve Sabourin — the pretty French-Canadian actress charged with stalking and harassing Alec Baldwin via e-mail and in person — likely violated a protective order by mentioning the “30 Rock” star’s new wife in a Twitter posting yesterday.

Sabourin — who has been angrily tweeting about Baldwin in recent days — wrote “@hilariabaldwin” at end of a rant that said, “How Hilaria Baldwin beZEN,peaceful yogi, Alec Baldwin keep my INJUSTICE+break my life?” There is also a new online video of Sabourin talking about the case.

Using Hilaria’s Twitter name after the “@” sign would automatically have activated a notification in the yoga instructor’s Twitter queue and possibly her e-mail.

Sabourin, 40, is barred by a court order from contacting Baldwin or his wife.

A spokeswoman for Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. had no immediate comment last night.

Sabourin has been taking to Twitter to drum up sympathy for herself and scorn for the hotheaded actor, as well as to whine that defending the case has already cost her upwards of $100,000. She has even posted a photo of a man’s stomach with a scar, and claimed it was Baldwin.

“Alec Baldwin is crazy about this legal process and he has destroyed my life,” she tweeted Monday in French. “If Alec Baldwin has a heart, he will stop this suffering and this trial.”

A Sabourin follower tweeted support, calling Baldwin a “good- for-nothing fat ham. Condescending. A small man.”

Baldwin has acknowledged he went to dinner with Sabourin in 2010, prior to his meeting Hilaria But Sabourin claims her relationship with Baldwin got physical, and he escorted her to her hotel that night.

She was arrested in April after showing up outside his Manhattan apartment, and after allegedly sending him multiple alarming e-mails, including one that threatened to launch “a massive destructive war” to win his affections.

In the online video posted this week, Sabourin said she went to his apartment because “Alec Baldwin and I maintain . . . a romantic relationship for months. I was just trying to meet last time with him face to face in order to get closure in a relationship, get his version, and move on as well . . .

“I just wanted to use my free speech and meet a lover and finalize a relationship.

“I was arrested and detained 36 hours with all my rights denied . . . it felt like being detained in Guantanamo.”

Her lawyer, Maurice Sercarz, said, “I have no comment on these tweets.”

Sercarz, in an Oct. 22 court filing, indicated he will ask permission to withdraw as her lawyer for reasons he wants kept sealed.
