Name Check: Key and Peele

Comedians Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, who are familiar to fans of “MADtv” and their hit Comedy Central show “Key & Peele,” stopped by The Post to talk about the Obamas and more.

Peele told The Post’s Michael Riedel that his impersonation of President Barack Obama — which he said is a combination of talk show host Montel Williams, minus rapper Method Man — is a fan favorite in the White House. With the recent re-election of the president, the comedy duo will get the chance to continue their tribute to the executive branch.

On Name Check, Key and Peele also explained the rhythm of the show’s sketches and pay homage to some of the entertainment legends like Sammy Davis, Jr. See the video for more about the rising stars of Comedy Central.
