The foul nor’easter that slammed the region yesterday continues to cause problems today with mass transit.
The Long Island Rail Road – which suspended service last night due to storm problems – is operating with 15 to 20 minute delays.

And Metro-North is running trains at slower speeds because of icy tracks.
The Queens-Midtown will be open in both directions starting at 6 a.m. tomorrow.
The F train is also experiencing delays because of signals problems, but officials said that is not weather related.
The L train is still suspended west of Broadway Junction and the large parts of the N and R are also out due to damage from Hurricane Sandy.
