Manhattan

A man on a smoking break was robbed at gunpoint in the East Village, authorities said.

Two thieves approached the victim on Nov. 5 at 1:15 a.m. on East 12th Street near Avenue B, snatched his cellphone and fled in a car, cops said.

The two thugs are also suspected in a nearby robbery 20 minutes earlier on West 12th Street, cops added.

Brooklyn

Police are looking for three armed bandits (one suspect pictured) who allegedly made off with electronics and cash from three Radio Shack stores.

They targeted the Radio Shack outlet on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights on Oct. 28, police said, then allegedly hit the outlet on Rockaway Parkway in Canarsie on Nov. 7.

In the most recent heist, on Nov. 11, the man in the photo was recorded talking to a store employee in the outlet on Liberty Avenue in Ozone Park, Queens, moments before the cohorts barged in and committed the robbery, police said.

He keeps coming back for more.

The frozen-yogurt-shop stickup artist who robbed the same Tasti-D-Lite in Park Slope three times has struck again at a Subway sandwich shop, police sources say.

The robber first went to the Fulton Street Subway shop on Oct. 30 — but didn’t make off with anything, cops said.

When he returned, sources say he pulled a gun and snarled at an employee, “You got off easy!” at about 3:30 p.m. Nov. 8. He took several hundred dollars from the cash register, sources added.

The suspect also hit another Subway twice in Downtown Brooklyn, stealing cash from the Atlantic Avenue business on Oct. 28 and Nov. 2.

He’s now wanted for 13 robberies in Brooklyn and Manhattan, sources say.

Staten Island

A New Brighton man burglarized a neighbor’s house while toting a fake firearm, authorities said.

José Quinones, 42, allegedly smashed the front-door window of a home on Castleton Avenue at 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 16, entered and rummaged through bags.

A witness spotted him climbing out a window and called 911, cops said.

When cops cornered Quinones on Brook Street, he was carrying a bogus black gun in his jacket, court papers state.

A burglar was busted after twice looting a home in hurricane-hit Midland Beach, authorities said.

Christopher Garcia, 26, smashed a basement window of a boarded-up residence on Baden Place on Nov. 12 and swiped a TV, a generator and a gas can, court papers state.

He returned two days later at 1 a.m. and was placing a Sharp flat-panel TV on a rear deck when police arrived after neighbors called 911, authorities said.

The Bronx

A woman was busted for stabbing her boyfriend in the Bronx River Houses, authorities said.

Ligia Rivera, 29, stabbed her boyfriend’s middle finger with a serrated knife amid a violent argument in their pad on Bronx River Avenue at about 10 a.m. Saturday, court papers state.

Queens

A mother and her son were busted with 677 cartons of illegal Asian cigarettes and $132,000 in cash, authorities said yesterday.

Xiao Lin, 23, picked up the contraband cartons from a Flushing garage and carried them to a store where his mother, Ying-Jian Lin, 48, was seen selling the smokes, DA Richard Brown said.
