Kin knock the OJ doc

The shocking documentary that claims a serial killer on death row in Florida — and not OJ Simpson — is the real murderer of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman is sparking a backlash.

Ron Goldman’s sister, Kim, said she was “appalled at the level of irresponsibility” displayed by the Investigation Discovery channel and the producers of “My Brother the Serial Killer.”

The film presents evidence that convicted serial killer Glen Rogers allegedly “confessed” to his brother, Clay, about the murders.

Simpson was acquitted in the stabbing deaths of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, but found liable in civil wrongful-death action.

Rogers, who’s on death row for killing two women in 1995, is suspected in many other murders. He reportedly claims that Simpson paid him $20,000 to break into Nicole’s house to steal a pair of earrings — with orders to “kill the bitch” if necessary.

ID president Henry Schleiff is defending the special.

“I think that [Simpson] is still the most likely or beyond the most likely suspect,” he told thewrap.com. “But I don’t know with all certainty. I don’t think you can completely rule this guy out.

“He has one horrible skill, and that is his ability to kill people,” Scleiff said of Rogers.

Nicole Brown’s sister, Denise Brown, says that Rogers just wants to be famous.

“My thoughts are that he should have come forward years ago if fame is what he’s seeking,” she told the Daily Mail’s Web site. “I think it’s the biggest bunch of crap [that] I’ve heard in a while, and I’ve heard a lot.”

Ron Goldman’s father, Fred Goldman also blasted the documentary.

“Nothing would change the fact that OJ Simpson murdered these people in cold blood,” he told an interviewer this week.

The show debuted last night but will be repeated Sunday morning.
