Jason Mack — a 250-pound city janitor — admits he drunkenly pleasured himself onto a 14-year-old girl on a crowded 1 train a decade ago.
But yesterday, a judge dismissed the misdemeanor sex-abuse charges because Manhattan prosecutors didn’t bring the case to trial in time.
“I don’t ever want to see you again,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Rene White told Mack.
It’s the second stroke of legal luck for the giant jerker, who fought all the way to the state’s top court where the original felony sex-abuse charges were dropped because the allegations didn’t involve actual physical contact.
“I feel great,” Mack, who was linked to the crime by DNA in 2009, said after court.
