Cop-slay suspect charged

The crazed parolee accused of killing a Nassau County cop and a motorist last month was slapped with three counts of first-degree murder yesterday and ordered held without bail.

Darrell Fuller, 33, allegedly shot Nassau Police Officer Arthur Lopez and driver Raymond Facey while fleeing authorities after he got into a car accident on Long Island.

He was charged with a third first-degree murder charge because he killed more than one person during his crime spree, records showed.

Dozens of cops filled the Mineola courtroom as Fuller — his right arm in a sling from a self-inflicted gunshot wound — pleaded not guilty.

Lopez “would have been 30 years old on Nov. 1,’’ Nassau PBA President James Carver said after court.

“There’s a family that is looking at an empty chair, without their son, to celebrate Thanksgiving.”
