Boo Boo working on ‘HOLLERday’

If you think there are too many cameras at your Thanksgiving dinner today, pity poor Honey Boo Boo.

The pint-sized princess of low-rent reality TV is taping the second of three “HOLLERday” specials today at her home in MacIntyre, Ga., officials say.

That’s two “hollerdays” down — Halloween and turkey day — and one to go — Christmas — for the next series of shows starring Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and her mother, June Shannon.

The holiday shows — plus an episode of highlights — are set to air sometime in January, says a spokesman for Discovery.

For the most unlikely cable TV hit since Snooki and “Jersey Shore,” getting enough new episodes to feed Boo Boo’s growing army of — mostly — young fans has been difficult.

June has been insistent that Alana, now 7, not miss any school just to make the show.

Shooting during the holidays — when Alana is off — was the only way to work around her schedule.

The show, a spinoff of TLC’s “Toddlers and Tiaras” series, has been that rare TV phenomenon that came pretty much out of nowhere and just got bigger every week — more than 3 million viewers a show by the time the first series ended last month.

Word is that she will make Barbara Walters’ list of the most fascinating people of the 2012, according to reports.

Dates for the new episodes are set to be announced next week.
