‘Melrose Place’ star faces 10 years in prison

Former “Melrose Place” co-star Amy Locane-Bovenizer was convicted of vehicular homicide and assault by auto yesterday — and now faces up to 10 years in prison.

Bovenizer, who was driving drunk in the 2010 crash, was acquitted of the more serious charge of aggravated manslaughter.

She faces five to 10 years on the vehicular homicide charge and three-to-five years on the assault by auto charge, according to The Star-Ledger of Newark.

Bovenizer, 40, who played Sandy Harling on the original “Melrose Place” in 1992, crashed her Chevrolet Tahoe into a Mercury Milan in Somerville, NJ — killing the car’s passenger, Helene Seeman, and injuring her husband, Fred, who was driving.

Her blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit, according to prosecutors.
