Supermodel Karlie Kloss is now the owner of a fancy West Village co-op.

Kloss, 20, the number two model in the world, according to Models.com’s Top 50 Models Women list, just closed on a $1.97 million apartment on Charles Street.

The two bedroom, two bath co-op in the West Village has a modest $1,709 a month maintenance.

It’s a renovated multi-level townhouse with 12-foot ceilings, an eat-in kitchen – because even models have to eat — a master bedroom with 20 feet of custom closets and a glass tiled master bathroom.

Along with getting into the real estate game, Page Six also recently reported Kloss’s desire to get into the art market. She recently bid $6,400 on an Ellsworth Kelly painting during the Independent Curators International event, produced by Jung Lee’s Fete, although she lost out.
