Today: Mondo Guerra, the winner of “Project Runway All Stars,” unveils the original dress he designed for World AIDS Day, which will be commemorated this Saturday, Dec. 1.

Guerra designed the dress — based off a mural designed by the HIV community at the United States Conference on AIDS — as part of his HIV awareness work with the I Design program (which is sponsored by pharmaceutical giant Merck). The dress will also be featured on projectidesign.com.

“I was inspired by the people I’ve met through the I Design campaign and a mural created by the HIV Community, and artistically wanted the dress pattern to be abstract to symbolize how every person is different,” says Guerra, who revealed he was HIV-positive during his run on Season 8 of Bravo’s “Project Runway.”

“I hope this dress created for World AIDS Day can be used to further remind people living with HIV about the importance of having meaningful discussions with their doctors.”

Time Warner Cable has added RLTV to its lineup. The network, which caters to the 50-and-older crowd — wait, that’s me — can be found on Ch. 180 on TW’s digital tier. Original programming includes “Money Matters with Jean Chatzky,” hosted by the “Today” show finance editor; “Good Food, Good Deeds,” hosted by Florence Henderson and produced in conjunction with the Meals on Wheels Association of America; and “Fix America,” a series of specials which address matters such as debt, the deficit, senior hunger and education.

Meanwhile, over on the broadcast (and radio) side of the ledger, WPLJ (95.5 FM) and Race Taylor will go live today (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) from 30 Rock for Ch. 4’s 80th annual Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting ceremony. Taylor will interview Ch. 4 anchors and reporters — including Darlene Rodriguez, Michael Gargiulo, Chris Cimono, Cat Greenleaf and Lynda Baquero — about their experiences/recollections of the tree lighting, a New York institution.

The actual tree lighting ceremony starts at 7 p.m. tonight on Ch. 4 with performances from stars including Trace Adkins, Victoria Justice, Il Volo and Rod Stewart.

And, speaking of local radio, City Lore and the Museum of the City of New York will induct six New York City radio personalities into the People’s Hall of Fame this Sunday, Dec. 2 at the museum (1220 Fifth Ave. at 103rd) from 3 to 7:30 p.m.

The inductees are DJ Red Alert (Kiss FM), Kathleen Biggins (WFUV), Oscar Brand (WNYC), Bob Fass (WBAI), Awilda Rivera (WBGO) and Phil Schaap (WKCR).
