Two heartless thieves snatched a man’s prosthetic leg in Washington Heights, authorities said.
At about 11 p.m. Monday, Abdul Pullium, 32, got into an argument with the victim at a shelter on 168th Street, where Pullium works as a security guard, court papers state.
Later, the victim went to bed, and woke up at about 5 a.m. to discover that his prosthetic leg was missing, records show.
Shelter surveillance tape showed Francisco Mangual, 22, and Pullium leaving the shelter with the leg shortly before midnight, authorities said.
After the bizarre theft, Pullium allegedly approached the victim and said, “Off the record, if you make this go away, I can get the leg back!”
The suspects were arrested on charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Two teen thieves are wanted in a string of East Village robberies, authorities said.
The suspects, believed to be 14 years old, have been going into local businesses under the guise of raising money for a youth basketball team and then swiping phones and computers, police said.
A source called it the “innocent schoolkid” scheme, in which one child distracts the victim while the other takes the loot.
The most recent incident took place on Nov. 1 and the previous three in October, police said.
The suspects are also believed responsible for a theft in July, police said.

Cops are seeking the public’s help in finding the missing College Point resident pictured above, authorities said.
Marc Harris, 59, was last seen at his home on Graham Court near 120th Street at about 4:20 p.m. Thursday, cops said.
He was described as 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds, and was wearing a multi-colored sweatshirt and black pants, police said.
He is in poor mental health, police added.

Cops cuffed a Web manager who looted the PayPal account of his Sunset Park employer, police sources said.
Michael Valenzuela, 27, was working for DNA Footwear on 40th Street near Second Avenue when he allegedly took almost $3,500 from the online account of his 36-year-old boss between Oct. 14 and Nov. 15, sources said.
He also allegedly took nearly $500 in merchandise from the warehouse, sources added.
Valenzuela was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.

A vandal damaged a car in Sunset Park, police sources said.
The victim, 18, discovered an obscene message scrawled on his green 2006 Toyota RAV4 in a parking lot on 51st Street near Seventh Avenue at about 8 p.m. on Nov. 15, sources said.
In either red marker or paint, a person wrote “F— you” and “No parking” on the SUV, and also painted the passenger-side mirror red, sources added. No arrests have been made.

An unlicensed driver was busted after colliding with a school bus in Castle Hill, authorities said.
Cesar Martinez, 20, said he was trying to move his mother’s car to avoid a yellow bus heading down the block near Lacombe and Castle Hill avenues Tuesday at about 8:45 a.m., court papers state.
Officers found the suspect in a Honda Accord with a dented front bumper, and the school bus had a damaged back tire, according to court records.
“I was warming up the car for my mom,” said Martinez, whose license had been suspended two months ago.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violations of vehicle and traffic laws, records state.
