Everybody, back to work — at least for now.
No one won last night’s massive $325 million Powerball jackpot — prompting the prize to climb to a record $425 million for the next drawing on Wednesday.
The new jackpot — which could further rise toward half-a-billion before all is said and done — crushes the old Powerball record of $365 million, set in 2006.
Winning the $425 million jackpot would net a lucky player a $278 million lump sum payout — though that figure is before taxes and without being split with any other winners.
