Manhattan

An off-duty NYPD sergeant was arrested Tuesday for harassing a woman in the Gramercy area, authorities said.

John Randazzo, who works at the 115th Precinct in Queens, was busted on charges of aggravated harassment at 5:50 p.m., police said.

The victim alleges that the 44-year-old sergeant made a series of harassing phone calls to her, and also sent her several text messages, police said.

The nature of the calls and texts was unknown.

Two thieves are wanted for attacking a woman after she caught them robbing her home in Washington Heights, authorities said.

The 33-year-old victim caught the man and woman (pictured) Monday at 10:25 a.m. stealing from her Haven Avenue home, police said.

They then beat her up and fled with a bounty of loot, including electronics, jewelry and cash, police said.

The man is in his early 30s, 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds, while the woman is between 35 and 45 years old, 5-foot-4 and 150 pounds, cops said.

The Bronx

An angry beau was arrested after making threatening phone calls to his girlfriend in Olinville, authorities said.

Jermaine Cammock, 27, called the victim Saturday and demanded to speak with her before showing up outside her first-floor apartment window on Bronx Boulevard at around 11:20 p.m., court records state.

He tried knocking first, and when no one answered, he broke the window, the documents say.

Cammock then called and threatened the woman, records show.

“If you call police, I am going to shoot you,” the court papers allege.

Cops busted Cammock the next day and charged him with criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and harassment, the records show.

Brooklyn

A good Samaritan scared off a would-be rapist (see video) who was attacking a woman on a Bed-Stuy street, authorities said.

The 21-year-old victim was on her way home at 1:20 a.m. Nov. 16 when the suspect came up to her and started walking alongside her, police said.

He then grabbed her and tried to force himself onto her, police said.

The good Sam heard the woman scream and thwarted the attack, cops said. The assailant fled.

He is believed to be in his 20s, 6 feet tall, and 170 pounds

A driver sideswiped a stopped Sanitation truck in Bensonhurst and then attacked workers as they picked up trash, sources said.

Mohamed Ghanim, 25, was pulling out of a driveway on 71st Street and 15th Avenue at around 8:55 a.m., Nov. 19, when he made a bad maneuver and crashed into the garbage truck, authorities said.

The irate man jumped out of his car and tackled a 45-year-old Sanitation worker, breaking the worker’s glasses, court documents state.

Other workers broke up the scuffle but when the victim tried to walk away, Ghanim shoved him back to the ground, records show.

The victim was treated for minor injuries.

Ghanim was slapped with charges of assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, menacing and harassment.

Staten Island

Cops arrested a drunken man driving erratically on the Staten Island Expressway, authorities said.

Louis Gray, 43, was swerving in and out of lanes in a 2011 Nissan when he was stopped at 2 a.m. Wednesday near the Richmond Avenue exit, court papers state.

His blood-alcohol content registered .209 — almost three times the legal limit of .08 — and he was charged with DWI, the records show.

A a sticky-fingered man swiped $3,000 worth of jewelry from a buddy’s home in Elm Park, police said.

Thomas Boudreau, 28, was working in the victim’s Dixon Avenue home on Aug. 25 when he pocketed rings, a bracelet and a necklace, cops said. No one was home at the time.

Boudreau confessed when he was collared Monday, cops added.

“I took the jewelry and gave it to my mom to sell,” he allegedly said.

He was charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
