All eyes were on Kate Middleton — or, at least, on her new ’do — as she and hubby William visited Cambridge, England, yesterday.
Fans praised Kate’s new haircut, with shorter layers, but the Duchess of Cambridge wasn’t so sure.
“I told her I loved her new hairstyle,” said Joanne Baldwin, who chatted up Kate during her walk.
“She said, ‘I’m not sure about it. It’s a bit windy today,’ ” Baldwin, 30, said. “I said, ‘Don’t worry. It looks lovely.’ ”
