A sloppy Lindsay Lohan — depressed over rotten reviews for her TV flick “Liz & Dick” — ended a two-day bender yesterday by allegedly cold-cocking a Florida psychic in a Manhattan bar because she believed the woman swiped her sister’s designer handbag stuffed with $10,000, sources told The Post.

The sloshed star was charged with assault for the 4 a.m. fight with Tiffany Eve Mitchell in the VIP section of Avenue nightclub in Chelsea, the sources said.

Lohan crossed paths with Mitchell while frantically searching for the Celine mini-bag that was overflowing with cash the actress had given to her sister, Ali.

“The woman was agitated, as Lindsay is looking for a purse close to the woman. And then the woman gets in her face,” said a source close to the actress.

Lohan — who was bombed out of her mind with her breasts spilling out of her top — “was screaming at her, ‘Give me back my purse,’ ” said a witness.

“Lindsay had stuffed her jacket and the purse behind the banquette, then went to look for it and couldn’t see it. She was too drunk to remember where it was.”

Mitchell declined to comment on the incident.

Lohan, 26, never reported the missing bag to police.

Cops believed she actually clocked Mitchell because she thought the woman was snapping photos of her, according to police sources.

They said she was also angry that Mitchell bumped into her as the two stood up to watch a fight on the dance floor.

“Get out of my space. I need my space,” Lohan said, according to a law-enforcement source.

They both went back to their seats, but the “Mean Girls” star continued to glare at her.

The psychic was sitting in a chair behind her husband, Wayne Stevens, when Lohan pushed her and said, “Get off my f–king table and don’t come back!” a law- enforcement source said.

Mitchell pushed Lohan back, but Stevens apologized to the onetime A-lister, the sources said.

Minutes later, Mitchell was looking at photos on a cellphone with her cousin when Lohan walked up and punched her in the face and knocked the beer out of her cousin’s hand, the sources said.

Stevens said bouncers refused to intervene.

“They’re not throwing her out, because she’s Lindsay Lohan,” he said he was told. “I said, ‘Well, my wife got punched by Lindsay Lohan, I don’t care.’

“She’s all swollen. Her cheek is swollen,” Stevens told ABC News. “It kind of just escalated because someone else had a brawl.”

Linz eventually left the club through a back door leading to an alley off East 17th Street, where cops blocked her SUV.

Mitchell pointed at the actress in the front passenger seat and told cops, “That’s her,” a law- enforcement source said.

Police took her to the 10th Precinct station house, where she was charged with misdemeanor assault and released with a desk-appearance ticket.

Lohan, wearing a green dress, black leggings and gem-encrusted heels, covered her head with a dark coat as her entourage led her to a waiting car at about 7:30 a.m.

She’s due back in court on Jan. 11.

Sources close to the falling star said she spent two days getting blitzed, including a stop at Madison Square Garden Wednesday evening to see Justin Bieber and his opening act, The Wanted.

Lohan then went to the Electric Room, where she was spotted smooching with Wanted member Max George, sources said.

She left that club around 2 a.m. and went to Avenue, where the witness said she was knocking back shots. “She was messed up and she kept going in and out of the bathroom,” said the witness. “She had a dazed look on her face. I didn’t even recognize her at first because her face was so puffy.”

Even George had to push her away because she was so wasted, the witness said.

A source close to Lohan denied she was drunk.

“Once again, Lindsay Lohan is a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame,” said her lawyer, Mark Heller.

The day got even worse for Lohan as California prosecutors filed obstruction charges for allegedly lying this past summer to cops about a car accident.

She allegedly smacked up her Porsche — and then told cops that her assistant was driving when the crash with a dump truck occurred.

Lohan could face more jail time in California if LA prosecutors decide to go after her for violating her probation after a 2011 jewelry theft.

She also was accused of clipping a pedestrian with her car outside the Dream Downtown Hotel in September, but prosecutors did not pursue the case.

Mitchell moved to New York in October after living in Florida, where she owned two psychic businesses — one in Palm Beach and another in West Palm Beach — offering palm readings and aura-analysis services, friends said.

She was sued in 2010 for repeatedly failing to pay $1,240 in rent for her West Palm Beach store.
