It’s ‘hook and laid her’ out

Taylor Murphy (Landov)

A glamorous, pre-op transsexual hooker is holding a kinky FDNY calendar boy’s feet to the fire in a Manhattan courtroom — accusing him of punching, biting and choking her during a violent breakup in a Midtown hotel.

“I’m screaming and screaming and screaming!” fiery Claudia Charriez told jurors of grappling on the bed with strapping smoke-eater Taylor Murphy in testimony yesterday.

“He’s freaking me out because I can’t breathe,” she panted on the witness stand, her giant artificial breasts heaving under her filmy blouse.

The hunky Murphy, meanwhile, sat at the defense table rubbing his eyes with a tissue and sniffling loudly, later explaining to The Post, “It’s very difficult to sit here and listen to what she’s saying.”

Murphy posed beefcake-style as Mr. March in a 2011 calendar of FDNY hose-handlers.

Charriez continued on the stand, “He’s choking me with one hand, and he’s got the other hand over my mouth so that I can’t scream,” She flicked her long peroxide hair from her shoulder and grasped her own neck with her manicured hand.

“My contact popped out of my eye!” she said, describing the force of the alleged attack.

Charriez admitted on the stand that she suffers “a venereal disease” and has worked as an escort since running away at age 14 from a Spanish Catholic family in Queens.

“Why were you an escort?” prosecutor Kevin Rooney asked her. “To live,” she answered in a feminine half-whisper. Charriez insisted she stopped escorting a year ago.

But today, the second-round bell will sound in the sensational courtroom battle — and Murphy’s defense lawyer says he plans to take the gloves off — grilling Charriez more closely about her past and present employment.

“The jury will have real questions about her credibility by day’s end,” attorney Jason Berland told The Post. He declined to talk yesterday about an escort ad that Charriez still has running — with her picture under an assumed name — on transgay.com, in which she boasts of 34D-22-34 measurements and quotes a $400-an-hour rate.

Then there’s today’s secret defense witness — convicted millionaire Upper East Side madam Kristin Davis, who met Murphy at a fund-raiser when she ran for governor.

Davis told The Post last night that she has been subpoenaed by the defense to testify about a disturbing phone exchange with Charriez from just months before the alleged August 2011 hotel-room assault.

“I don’t need crazy, nutso trannies in my life!” Davis told The Post. “She called me a million times from a blocked number, and when I finally picked up, she was in a very agitated and irate state,” Davis recalled.

“She was demanding, ‘Do you have a relationship with him? Let me tell you what an awful guy he is.’

“I told her please don’t call me again, but a few hours later, she called back and said ‘I’m calling the police and I’m going to give numbers of all of Taylor’s friends, including yours to the police.’

“A few months later, I read about his arrest in The Post,” said Davis, whose testimony could cut both ways — Murphy also harassed her, she said, repeatedly emailing her and banging on the door of her Upper East Side apartment to beg her to write a letter detailing Charriez’s threatening phone call.

“I don’t want anything to do with his weird sexual proclivities either,” she said. “I don’t want anything to do with either of them!”
