Week 16: Jets moved out of primetime, Giants to 4:25

In Week 16, the Jets are being moved out of primetime and the Giants are moving closer to it.

The NFL announced on Monday that the Jets-Chargers game will be moved out of the 8:20 spot on NBC and moved to CBS at 1 p.m. The Giants battle in Baltimore has been moved from 1 to 4:25 p.m.

The 6-7 Jets do still have a chance to make the playoffs as they sit one game behind the Steelers and Bengals, but with the Chargers at 5-8 the game has little national appeal. The 49ers-Seahawks was moved into the primetime slot and will have postseason and NFC West implications.
