WHERE TO WATCH
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, and will be broadcast live on TV, online and in theaters.
• On your computer: 28 sites will air the concert, from Hulu and YouTube to Yahoo and Myspace. For a full list, go to 121212concert.org/broadcast.
• On TV: 100 channels — including 63 international ones — will broadcast the concert live, including CBS, AMC, HBO, VH1 Classic and PBS.
• At the movie theater: If you’d rather have the live venue experience, 28 theaters in the tri-state area will stream it for free. Tickets are available at the box offices on a first-come, first-served basis. For a complete list, go to 121212concert.org/broadcast.
HOW TO DONATE
The 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief hopes to top the $56 million that was raised for “The Concert for New York City” — all to go to the Robin Hood Foundation, which provides grants to relief organizations helping victims of Hurricane Sandy.
• Online: Make a donation at robinhood.org/take-action/SandyRelief.aspx.
• By mail: Make check payable to “Robin Hood” and send it to Robin Hood Relief Fund, 826 Broadway, Ninth Floor, New York, NY, 10003.
• By phone: Donations will be accepted by phone during the concert. Tune in to get the phone number, which will be displayed throughout the show.
• By text: Text ROBINHOOD to 50555 to donate $10.
• By app: You can use the app Shazam — normally used for identifying songs and artists — to make donations while watching the concert. Users can tag songs they like during the show while they donate directly to the Robin Hood Foundation.
