Wounded tot’s dad packing up

The angry dad of a 3-year-old boy shot at a Brooklyn playground said yesterday he’s moving his family out of their violence-plagued housing project as fast as he can.

“I’m planning on moving out of here the next chance I get — this is no place to raise a family,” fumed José Rivera, whose son, Isaiah (pictured), remained in Kings County Hospital yesterday with bullet fragments in his leg.

He was shot Sunday while playing outside the Roosevelt Houses.

Mayor Bloomberg visited him yesterday as two suspects were arrested: Stanley Williams, 20, and Antonio McCloud, 22. A third was being sought.
