Giants’ Diehl gets early court date, won’t miss camp

Giants lineman David Diehl, busted last month for an alleged DWI, won’t have to worry about missing the first day of training camp — he was allowed to make an unscheduled appearance in Queens Criminal Court yesterday.

Diehl was originally ordered to return to court next Thursday — the first day of camp — but his attorneys arranged a quick hearing.

Prosecutors turned over 911 calls made after the fender bender to Diehl’s defense team to review.

Diehl was busted on June 10 after crashing his BMW into two parked cars in Astoria.
