Two thugs are suspected of pulling off three muggings at gunpoint and shooting a man, police said.

They first struck on July 5 on Valentine Avenue in University Heights. That’s where they wounded a 37-year-old man in the buttocks as he tried to flee when they demanded his property. The man was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital, and the perps (inset, left) fled empty handed.

Two days later, they jumped a 59-year-old man at the corner of Washington Avenue and East 189th Street in Fordham, cops said. That man did not report any injury.

The duo hit again on July 16, robbing a 47-year-old man as he entered his Fordham apartment building.

He, too, survived unharmed.
