It’s the picture that’s driven a stake through Robert Pattinson’s heart.
The Hollywood heartthrob has moved out of the Los Angeles home he shared with on-and-off screen squeeze Kristen Stewart, 22, following explosive revelations she had a fling with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director, Rupert Sanders, 41.
Pattinson’s departure comes on the heels of the latest issue of US Weekly, which features a series of jaw-dropping photos, taken July 17, in which Stewart and Sanders can clearly be seen kissing in the actress’ car and then in a secluded park overlooking the “Hollywood” sign.
According to the US story, photographers watched as Stewart left the three-bedroom home that she has shared with Pattinson, 26, since September 2011 to rendezvous with Sanders.
They were seen driving around LA for several hours looking for a secluded place to make out — while she was wearing Pattinson’s blue Dodgers cap. Stewart later dropped off the director three blocks from the home he shares with his model wife, Liberty Ross, and their two kids.
Stewart then sped home to Pattinson.
“I’m not sure they’ll be able to recover from this,” a source told People magazine of the couple, who met making the “Twilight” trilogy and dated for three years.
Now in seclusion and not in contact with Stewart, the British star “is heartbroken and angry,” said the source. Stewart publicly apologized to her beau earlier this week, calling him “the person I love and respect the most.”
