Connecticut prosecutor accused of sneaking naughty pics of female lawyers

A Connecticut prosecutor secretly photographed female lawyers over two decades — including another prosecutor’s legs 20 years ago, sources told The Post.

David Holzbach, a senior assistant state attorney in Danbury, was placed on “administrative leave” months ago after complaints that he had used a pen camera to photograph at least one female lawyer in court, sources said.

Holzbach, 52, was also the subject of a 1992 complaint by then-colleague Patricia Froehlich that he had videotaped her legs in the courthouse, a source said.

“The people who told you I reported conduct that Mr. Holzbach made me uncomfortable are accurate,” Froehlich told The Post.

Walter Flanagan, their then-boss, said, “It was not an isolated incident,” but would not elaborate on the number of women involved or the nature of the incidents.

Holzbach said, “It’s been a lot of months of pain,” but he refused to say whether he considers himself a voyeur.
