DENVER — “Batman” massacre gunman James Holmes was being treated by a psychiatrist at the university where he studied, court papers filed yesterday show.
Attorneys for Holmes, 24, made the disclosure in a court motion seeking to discover the source of media leaks.
Reports this week revealed the former grad student had sent the psychiatrist at the University of Colorado a package containing a notebook with descriptions of an attack.
It was mailed from his apartment, which remained sealed yesterday (right).
The motion said the leak violated a gag order.
