Cops smash B’klyn gang

They’re not “Bosses” anymore.

Authorities announced the arrest of 41 alleged members of the True Bosses Only gang, which had terrorized Bushwick since it was founded by teens in 2003.

One surveillance video made public by the Brooklyn district attorney shows a young gang member walking the streets, nonchalantly carrying a shotgun like the Omar Little character from HBO’s “The Wire.” The gang recruited members as young as 12 years old as they formed alliances with other gangs and expanded into Brownsville and Coney Island, according to DA Charles Hynes.

The alleged gang members were charged with murder and multiple armed robberies and assaults.

“This particular street crew is unique . . . in regards to how organized their hierarchy is,” said Hynes. The TBO gang had eight members at the top, called Top Gangsters, with lower-level thugs grouped into Team Leaders, Warriors and Bangers.

“When young men plot to take their battles from tweets to the streets, the NYPD wants to be there to stop the bloodshed,” Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.
