‘Oral sex for testimony’

He blew it.

A Long Island man attacked by a hatchet-wielding neighbor was busted last week for allegedly requesting oral sex from that man’s fiancée in exchange for positive testimony.

Horace Lattimore, 59, of Hampton Bays, faces a felony bribery rap after allegedly making the indecent proposal to Catia Fernandes, 27, fiancée of Sean McDermott, 23.

Fernandes told cops that Lattimore asked for oral sex in exchange for favorable testimony in the August incident. When she declined, he allegedly requested $500, which was also rejected.

But Lattimore told The Post Fernandes first offered him a cash payment.

Fernandez’s lawyer, John Shea, called that ridiculous, insisting Lattimore “demanded sex and/or money for favorable testimony.
