Hustler Club customer hammered by 28G booze bill

You drink it, you own it.

A Manhattan man’s claim that the Hustler Club in Hell’s Kitchen wrongfully slapped him with a $28,000 booze bill during an overnight binge in May 2011 has been dismissed.

William Andrew Ilg, 38, claimed the club should have cut him off when he “was no longer capable of conducting financial transactions.” He also said the five-figure bill was “far in excess of any reasonable costs’’ for what he drank.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Manuel Mendez noted that Ilg copped to consuming booze and “other services at the . . . establishment,” and denied his claims of fraud.
