An upstate judge was disciplined yesterday for daring a foul-mouthed teen to expose himself in court after the punk cursed him out.
The 17-year-old defendant told Buffalo City Court Judge James McLeod to “suck my d–k,” according to official records
The judge’s answer: “Why don’t you pull it out for me?”
After the unidentified boy said he would if not for his handcuffs, McLeod added: “Probably need a magnifying glass, too.”
The state Commission on Judicial Conduct ruled that McLeod deserved to be admonished — equivalent of a public wrist-slap — saying: “The requirement to be courteous and patient to every litigant applies equally to those who may be difficult and disrespectful.”
McLeod didn’t return a call for comment.
