Starr Report

Cozi TV, which kicks off this Tuesday, Jan. 1 on Ch. 4’s digital tier, has added “I Spy” to its roster of programming, which it officially released late Thursday.

“I Spy” aired on NBC from 1965-68 with stars Bill Cosby and the late Robert Culp — and was the first dramatic series in US TV history to feature an African American co-star. It’ll air 6 p.m. weeknights on COZI Tv, with a “Highway to Heaven” lead-in.

Other vintage shows on COZI’s schedule include “Lassie,” “Roy Rogers,” “The Lone Ranger,” “The Virginian,” “Wells Fargo,” “Alias Smith & Jones,” “McMillan & Wife” and “The Bionic Woman.”

Renowned DJ Steve Porter (he’s spun at festivals including Coachella, Lallapalozza and Ultra) has been commissioned to create a commercial for TNT’s “Dallas,” which returns for its second season next month.

(See the “Dallas” story written by my colleague, Linda Stasi, in today’s Post TV section.)

Porter, who’s started his own production company, PorterHouse Media, is known for his video remixing and, in the past, has created commercials and videos for a variety of clients including ESPN, “Good Morning America” and the NFL and NBA.

The “Dallas” videos created by Porter will be air on TV, and will be shown on the big screen in movie theaters, to promote the show’s second season. There are also longer versions that will stream online.

Last, but not least:

* “Midsomer Murders, Set 21” premieres Jan. 8 on DVD/Blu-ray (Acorn Media).
