The body of an elderly woman was found floating in a Queens lake yesterday, police said. The 63-year-old was spotted in Kissena Lake near 164th Street at about 7:45 a.m., cops said.
Joe Casottana, 49, was practicing tai chi in the park when he heard people shouting that there was somebody in the lake.
“They [EMTs] dove right in there and pulled her out,” he said. “It’s crazy. I feel really bad for that poor lady.”
